Nisha B. Parikh practices in the areas of mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. Ms. Parikh is a graduate of The Ohio State University (2001) and has worked as a case worker for Children Services and as an investigator for Juvenile and Domestic Court. Ms. Parikh is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2009) and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois.
Prior to joining ALO, Ms. Parikh worked as a debtor’s attorney for various consumer bankruptcy firms in the Chicagoland area and also as a creditor’s attorney. Ms. Parikh is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. Additionally, she is fluent in Gujarati.
